Mentorship programs


Black and Pan-Asian Business Resource Group (BRG) mentorship programs ran 64 mentor-mentee pairs in 2025, advancing professional development and cultivating future leaders across our organization.

 


 

Working Moms Network


Women's BRG launched a Working Mom Network offering bilingual parenting workshops covering practical tips, discussions on diverse parenting needs and opportunities to connect.

Advancing women in our company

We've embedded representation targets and leadership accountability, recruited women into Advisor roles with flexible policies and supported career progression through mentoring, career fairs and VersaFi.

CFEE Logo

CFEE Money and You: Seniors Edition

IG partners with the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education (CFEE) to provide free financial resources for seniors. In 2025, 3,200+ people participated in workshops, reporting an 86% increase in confidence.

Mackenzie Together Grants

Mackenzie Together Grants provides $500,000 over five years to Canadian charities enhancing women's economic empowerment and supporting families through financial education and training.
