Through our Learning Portal and Innovation & Enablement Hub, employees have access to curated training journeys, policies and peer communities, to foster continuous learning and collaboration.

Leadership forums and employee town halls enhance connection and engagement, while surveys and people analytics guide actions to support employees’ experience and performance.
In March, we introduced new values — Be better, Be accountable, Be a team — shaped by insights from employees and leaders. Within four months, 88%1 of employees could name the new vales which showed how deeply they resonate across our company.
Inclusion remains a priority, with seven Business Resource Groups that create spaces for connection, advocacy and belonging. These groups ensure diverse voices help shape our culture and our future.

Strong leadership drives performance and resilience. We invest in programs that equip our leaders to inspire growth and navigate change.
We set clear leadership objectives aligned to the business strategy and anchored in team results. At the Director level, our leaders participate in a Leadership Accelerator Program to enhance skills that deepen resilience, coaching and communication. Our Executive Development Program recently launched to deepen strategic capabilities and prepare senior leaders for future business demands.
