Our awareness and education initiatives include inclusive behaviour training for all our people and we continue to innovate how we recruit and develop talent from equity deserving communities, including at more senior levels of the company.

Diverse, equitable and inclusive company culture requires partnership and commitment. The DE&I team acts as subject matter expert, ambassador, partner and advisor to the CHRO and the organization to set the enterprise-wide strategic direction, the prioritization of inclusion initiatives and identifies and addresses emerging issues.
