Winnipeg – June 4, 2007: IGM Financial Inc. (IGM) (TSX: IGM) today reported preliminary total assets under management of $126.5 billion and mutual fund assets under management of $113.0 billion as at May 31, 2007. Total mutual fund net new money was $240.4 million.

3 does not include assets from Mackenzie’s acquisition of Cundill Investment Research Ltd. and related entities. The transaction closed September 22, 2006 and the institutional assets were valued at $3.3 billion on that date.
4 includes $0.7-million in net redemptions of Counsel Group of Funds mutual funds invested in other managers’ mutual funds.
