Normal Course Issuer Bid
The Company has renewed its Normal Course Issuer
Bid through the facilities of the Toronto Stock
Exchange from February 22, 2004 to February 21,
2005. During the course of the bid, the Company
intends to purchase for cancellation up to but
not more than 13,208,542 common shares, being
approximately 5% of its outstanding capital. Shareholders
may obtain a copy of the Bid, without charge,
by contacting the Corporate Secretary’s
Department at the Company’s Head Office.
